The GWC booth at the annual BAY AREA ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION RESOURCE FAIR (BAEER FAIR) at the Marin Center on 1/23/10 was a big success.
Our volunteers (Judy, Art, and Alex) collected donations and members and even had a “Make a Wish for the Watershed” penny toss which was popular with young and old visitors.
Many interesting discussions with other environmental educators from around the Bay Area were held and we also managed to network with other environmental activists as well.
