On September 2, 2015 we invite you to listen to Guest Speaker Dara Rossoff Powell, a Waste Prevention Program Associate with Clean Water Action’s ReThink Disposable program.

Learn about the environmental impacts of single-use disposables and the work that has been accomplished through the ReThink Disposable program to combat these problems.  Dara will speak in detail about work conducted in the food service industry and the exciting cost savings and waste reductions that have been achieved.

Dara will also share source reduction techniques, offering real world practical solutions to a problem that impacts us all.
