This is how we celebrate Earth Day!

By land or by water, GWC volunteers clean up Gallinas Creek.

Sound like fun? Anyone with a kayak or canoe can join the GWC as we clean up Gallinas Creek.

And if you don’t have one you can still participate on foot – just ask!

Location & Directions

Put in at McInnis Boat Dock. McInnis County Park is located at 310 Smith Ranch Rd, San Rafael.

From Hwy 101 in San Rafael take exit 456 for Smith Ranch Rd east approximately 0.7 mile. Drive over the railroad tracks into the park entrance at the end of Smith Ranch Rd. Boat dock is near parking on right side as you enter the park.

From there we will kayak and/or walk upstream along the Gallinas Creek North Fork.
