February 2 marks World Wetlands Day. On this day GWC is holding our first Watershed Workshop of 2011 for our community.
Everyone is invited to the FREE event!
Come see Gallinas Creek from a whole watershed perspective. We’ll discuss:
- How do upstream issues impact downstream and vice versa?
- What is your vision for the watershed?
- What issues are important?
- Where can we have the most impact?
Our goal is to raise public awareness about our wetlands and the environmental protection and restoration of our entire watershed.
